ČeštinaProfessional Internship at Hotel MORGENROTH
Collaboration with SOŠ a SOU Horky nad Jizerou
Effective vocational training grows from real-world experience. Hotel MORGENROTH in Bad Blankenburg collaborates with the Secondary Vocational School and Secondary Vocational Training Centre Horky nad Jizerou, connecting school education with the daily life of a hotel and gastronomy in Germany.
Experience for a Future Career
The goal of this collaboration is to enable students to experience a work environment abroad, develop professional skills, and gain greater confidence in communication and teamwork. An important part is also getting to know a different work environment and using a foreign language in common professional situations.
Internship Program Tailored to Your Field of Study
The specific content, duration, and organization of individual internships are arranged with the school based on the field of study, the students’ level of preparation, and the operational possibilities of the hotel. The aim is for the internship to build upon their studies and provide participants with valuable experience for their future career path.
School-to-Work Partnership
We believe that collaboration between schools and employers helps young people gain a better understanding of their future professions. Together with the Horky nad Jizerou school, we aim to create a space for learning, sharing experiences, and professional development.
