Who is Nelson Müller?
Nelson Müller is one of Germany’s most well-known and respected chefs. Born in Ghana and raised in Swabia, he combines international influences with the down-to-earth nature of classic German cuisine. After his training in Stuttgart, he gained experience in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and opened his first own restaurant, the “Schote” in Essen, in 2009, which has been awarded a Michelin star since 2011.
In addition to his culinary career, Nelson Müller is also successful as a singer, TV personality, and author.
